By placing an order on maxummart.com you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language; the linked policies are part of them.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we receive the refundable advance of Rs. 200 and confirm it with you. We may contact you to verify your details. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund the advance.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and apply per piece, to any quantity; there is no minimum order. The advance is adjusted from your total and you pay the balance in cash to the rider (Cash on Delivery). Delivery is Rs. 250, and free on orders of Rs. 4,000 or more. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place the order applies. If a price is clearly a mistake, we will contact you before dispatching.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan by courier, usually in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your city. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Parcels are delivered sealed and cannot be opened before payment. Please provide a complete, correct address and keep your phone available for the rider. See the shipping policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report a problem within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Items should be unused and in original packaging. See the return policy.

Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours, packaging and minor details can vary slightly from the images.

Bulk orders

Bulk quantities follow the same terms. For larger quantities we may confirm availability and delivery with you before you pay. See Wholesale & bulk orders.

Liability and law

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of the products ordered. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
