• Wrong item delivered

📋 Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

• Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

🔄 Return Process

1. Share clear photos/videos with our support team on WhatsApp.

2. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item passes inspection.

ℹ️ Important Note

• The PKR 200 advance/shipping fee paid for order confirmation is non-refundable, as it covers shipping and order processing costs.

• If a refund is approved, only the eligible product amount will be refunded according to this policy.
