Welcome to MaxumMart. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📦 Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability and order verification.

  • A PKR 200 advance is required to confirm your order before dispatch. This amount is adjusted in your total order value and is non-refundable once the order has been processed for shipping.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.

🚚 Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier service.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and a valid contact number.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or repeated unavailability of the customer may result in order cancellation.

💳 Payments

  • The remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) after you have opened and inspected your parcel (where the Open Parcel service is available).

  • Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • The PKR 200 advance/shipping fee is non-refundable, as it covers order confirmation and shipping-related costs.

⚠️ Misuse of Service

  • Fake orders, fraudulent activities, misuse of promotional offers, or repeated order refusals without a genuine reason may result in future orders being declined.
