How you pay
The advance is adjusted from your total when you accept the parcel. If you refuse a correctly delivered parcel it is not refunded, because it covers the shipping. After you place the order, the next page shows the JazzCash / EasyPaisa account to send it to, and our team then confirms your order on WhatsApp. If you cancel an order before it ships, the advance is refunded.

Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund once approved. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
