Lahore Priority Delivery

Ordering from Lahore? Items stocked in Lahore get priority dispatch. Lahore: priority dispatch, usually 1 to 2 days after your order is confirmed. Other cities usually take 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and we do not promise delivery on the day you order.

Most of our stock is kept in Lahore with our supplier, which is why we can offer priority dispatch for Lahore addresses. A few products ship from our own stock in Sialkot by PostEx; those follow the standard 3 to 5 business days, even to Lahore. If an order has items from both places, they ship separately and can arrive on different days.

What priority dispatch means

  • Your order is confirmed once we receive the advance of Rs. 200 and confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
  • After that, orders for Lahore addresses are dispatched first, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days.
  • Public holidays, courier delays, an incomplete address or a phone that cannot be reached can add time. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.
  • Please enter your complete Lahore address with area and landmark so the rider can find you.

How it works

  1. Add products to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and full Lahore address.
  2. Send the Rs. 200 advance by JazzCash or EasyPaisa. The next page shows the account. It confirms your order and is adjusted from your total when you accept the parcel.
  3. We confirm your order on WhatsApp and dispatch it.
  4. Your parcel is delivered sealed. Pay the balance in cash to the rider.

Delivery fee

Delivery is Rs. 250 per order, and free for orders of Rs. 4,000 or more, the same as for other cities. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you place your order.

The advance

The advance of Rs. 200 is adjusted from your total when you accept the parcel. If you refuse a correctly delivered parcel, the advance is not refunded because it covers the shipping. If we cannot supply your order, the advance is refunded.

Sealed parcels and problems

Parcels are delivered sealed and cannot be opened before payment. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. See the return policy and the shipping policy.
